Founder’s Message

Toward Better Health

Nearing my sixth decade, I realized that many of the changes I was experiencing—lower energy, creeping weight gain, and early health warnings—were not inevitable. By focusing on practical adjustments to how I moved, ate, and lived day to day, I was able to dramatically improve my health in a relatively short period of time.

Live for Longevity exists to make those lessons accessible to others who want to take control of their health. We’re at the beginning of our journey, and we’ll be expanding our offerings steadily over the coming months, so check back often for new updates and resources.

Meet Aaron

Biographical Note

Aaron Patrick hails from the U.S. Pacific Northwest, where he loved various outdoor recreational activities in its lakes, rivers, and mountains while growing up in the 1970s and early 1980s.  He also learned about the many varieties of fruit, vegetables, and animal products that America’s farmers can grow besides what they sell to supermarkets.

Through his work and travel for over 30 years dealing with international affairs in government and the private sector he gained an appreciation for the cuisines of other cultures, particularly in the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and East Asia.  He continues to work professionally and embark on new travel adventures when time permits from his current home base in Maryland, near Washington, DC.
